Corporate Governance

Digi is committed to high standards of corporate governance, which we believe is critical to business integrity and performance. These statements explain how Digi has applied the key principles and the extent of our compliance with the best practices set out in the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.

Code of Conduct

The ethical standards for how we conduct our business and act as responsible, accountable employees and guardians of Digi’s integrity.

Anti-Corruption Policy

This policy covers the areas of bribery, gifts and business courtesies, events and arrangements, facilitation payment, use of middlemen, use of lobbyists and gifts and arrangements for public authorities.

No Gift Policy

To avoid actual or perceived conflict of interest in any ongoing or potential business dealings and decision making, and to demonstrate our commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

HSE Policy

Our Health Safety Security and Environment (HSE) Policy ensures that we continuously endeavour to provide a workplace which is healthy, safe, secure and environmentally-friendly.

Suppliers Code of Conduct

All suppliers and parties that have a direct contractual relationship with us and offer products or services to Digi must adhere to our Supplier Conduct Principles.

Reference Access Offer

Digi’s Reference Access Offer (RAO) consists of Facilities and / or Services that Digi makes available, on a wholesale basis, to other telecommunications operators licensed by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to operate in Malaysia (Access Seeker).

Digi Whistleblowing Policy

This policy provides a method of properly addressing legitimate reports of misconduct in employment, alleged bribery or corruption within Digi or other misconducts.
