2. How do I enjoy this offer

Simply purchase any eligible phones via Digi PhoneFreedom 365 and enjoy either RM360 Rebate (RM15 x 24 Months), RM480 Rebate (RM20 x 24 Months) or RM600 Rebate (RM25 x 24 Months). Selected customers will also enjoy RM120 Additional Rebate (RM5 x 24 Months) if they choose to upgrade their plans. The total rebate amount is subject to the Digi Postpaid plans that customers sign up for.

4. Will I enjoy RM0 Upfront with Digi PhoneFreedom 365 during sign up?

RM0 Upfront is available to eligible customers based on a set of criteria, which includes a combination of tenure, payment history and usage & more (customer eligibility is updated periodically). If you are eligible for RM0 upfront, you can purchase PhoneFreedom 365 device with credit card. Mandatory auto-billing will be enabled automatically, making it convenient for you to pay your monthly bills.

5. Can I opt-out from auto-billing?

No, you are not allowed to opt-out from auto-billing during your 24-month contract period.

6. Why do I need to pay a device advance payment when I sign up for Digi PhoneFreedom 365?

Device advance payment is only applicable to those who are not eligible for the RM0 Upfront feature of Digi PhoneFreedom 365. This device advance payment will be credited back to your bill over the next 12/24 months, which lets you enjoy lower monthly fees.

7. Will I get my rebates immediately?

Your entitled rebate will be granted in your account and reflected in your second month’s bill.

8. Can I purchase more than one phone during the promotion period?

No, every customer is entitled to sign up only one (1) phone on Phone Freedom365 during the campaign period to enjoy the rebate. Each customer/NRIC can only sign up a maximum of three (3) PF365 contract via Digi Store & Digi Store Express.

9. May I know why I was not offered this promotion that was offered to my friend /relative /colleague etc?
