Yes, you may purchase and share your Internet Top Up quota with your family lines even before you’ve used up your monthly Mobile Internet quota.

How many Share Internet Top Ups can I purchase in a month?

You may purchase as many Share Internet Top Ups as you want in a month. However, please note that you may hit your monthly credit limit.

How do I check the balance of my Internet quota?

To check the balance of your Internet quota, log on to MyDigi. Alternatively, simply dial *200#.

Can I allocate Internet quota from my Share Internet Top Up to myself and my family lines?

Yes, you can control and allocate Internet quota to your family lines via the MyDigi App.

I have purchased a Share Internet Top Up. What will happen if I didn’t set an allocation for my family lines?

Internet usage for Share Internet Top Up is on first-in, first-out basis. Both you and your family lines will utilize the Share Internet Top Up quota freely.

Can my family lines purchase Share Internet Top Up too?

No. Share Internet Top Up is only eligible for purchase by you, and not your family lines.
