Who is eligible to subscribe to Digi Fibre 150 with the RM20 lifetime rebate?

New and existing Digi Postpaid 60 and above Customers.

Why can’t I subscribe to the Digi Fibre 150 with the RM20 lifetime rebate at my address?

This offer is only applicable to selected areas within Digi Fibre coverage.

What will happen to the RM20 lifetime rebate if I terminate or downgrade my Postpaid plan to a plan less than Digi Postpaid 60?

You will no longer be able to enjoy the RM20 lifetime rebate.

Are promotions prior to 23 February 2021 still available?

No, those promotions will not be available.

If I have signed up to a Digi Fibre bundle before 23 February 2021, will I still be able to enjoy the promotions?

Yes, you will continue to enjoy the promotions until you change or terminate your plan. The option to sign up for Digi Internet Freedom Mobile 60 after 23 February 2021 will be revoked. Effective 23 February 2021, Digi Internet Freedom Mobile 60 will no longer be offered as newer rate plans are introduced. Enjoy additional rebates of up to RM30 per month when you sign up for selected Postpaid plans and Digi Fibre Broadband in the same account. Am I eligible for the 12-months or 24-months of Viu included in my plan?

You are eligible if you sign up before 23 February 2021 and meet the following criteria at the point of Digi Fibre plan registration:
   a. You have a minimum 1 Digi Postpaid 60 and above plan and
   b. You are subscribed to Digi Fibre 130, Digi Fibre 190, Digi Fibre 270 or Digi Fibre 290 plan

How can I redeem and activate the 12-months or 24-months of Viu offer through my postpaid plan?

You will receive a welcome email with an activation link after successful installation of Digi Fibre. The activation link will not be sent to customers who sign up 23 February 2021 onwards.

What if I fail to redeem the 12-months or 24-months of Viu included in my plan?

You will need to restart the redemption process. Please refer to your welcome email and click on the redemption link. You may contact our Digi Customer Service at 016 2211 800 for further assistance.

Upon activation of the Digi Fibre service, you must redeem the free Viu service within 6 months from the Digi Fibre service activation date, failing which, the free Viu service will be forfeited.

Do I get to enjoy an additional 12-months of premium access to Viu on Digi if I upgrade from Digi Fibre 130 to Digi Fibre 290 plan?

The offer is only valid for registration done before 23 February 2021.
