To be eligible for ‘More Postpaid Lines, More Savings’ customers must have:

  • Minimum 1 Digi Postpaid 80 and above plan that is non contracted
  • Subscribed to Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Digi Internet Freedom 290 plan
  • Meet both the requirements above at the point of Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Digi Internet Freedom 290 registration

‘More Postpaid Lines, More Savings’ is a unique offer only available with Digi Postpaid 80 and above plans. With this offer customers can enjoy discounts on their selected principal postpaid mobile plan commitment fee based on the number of eligible postpaid mobile plans in their account. Add more postpaid mobile lines to enjoy more discounts.

Where would the discount be applied?

‘More Postpaid Lines, More Savings’ discount will be applied on the chosen principal plan commitment fee at the point of Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Digi Internet Freedom 290 plan registration.

How will Digi count the number of postpaid mobile plans I have to apply the discount to my principal postpaid mobile plan commitment fee?

The application of the right discount will be based on:

  1. Number of non-contracted postpaid mobile plan in a single account
  2. Applicable for non-contracted principal or supplementary plans 
  3. Meet both the requirements above at the point of Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Digi Internet Freedom 290 registration 
When will my postpaid mobile line discounts start to take effect?

Your postpaid mobile line discounts will take effect immediately after successful Digi Internet Freedom registration.

How long will I enjoy “More Postpaid Lines, More Savings” offer?

This is a lifetime savings offer as long as you are subscribed to Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Digi Internet Freedom 290 plan and Digi Postpaid 80 & above.

Will my billing discounts be prorated?

Yes, your billing discounts will be prorated based on the utilization of billing discount throughout the month.

If I have multiple postpaid mobile plans and lines, how will I become eligible for ‘More Postpaid Lines, More Savings’ offer?

  1. Digi Postpaid 120 (on contract)
  2. Digi Postpaid 80 (no contract)
  • Eligible because you have a Digi Postpaid 80 plan that is not contracted
  • Your total Postpaid mobile lines that is non contracted in a single account is 1
  • You will enjoy 5% off your Principal plan commitment fee

I have two postpaid mobile lines with Digi:

  1. Digi Postpaid 80 (on contract)
  2. Digi Postpaid 58 (no contract)
  • Not eligible because you need to a be subscribed to Digi Postpaid 80 (no contract)

I have two postpaid mobile lines with Digi:

  1. Digi Postpaid 80 (no contract)
  2. Digi Postpaid 58 (no contract)
  • Eligible because you have a Digi Postpaid 80 plan that is not contracted
  • Your total Postpaid mobile lines that is not contracted in a single account is 2
  • You will enjoy 10% off your Principal plan commitment fee

  • You need to choose which Principal Postpaid mobile plan you want to apply the discount
  • If you choose the Digi Postpaid 80, you will get 10% off your Principal plan commitment fee
  • If you choose Digi Postpaid 120, you will get 5% off your Principal Plan commitment fee.
  • Only 1 discount can be applied.
Can I view my postpaid mobile lines and Internet Freedom plan under a single bill?

Yes, by default your postpaid and Internet Freedom line will be included in a single bill after successful home fibre installation.

If I were to upgrade my Digi Postpaid 58 to Digi Postpaid 80 before registering for Digi Internet Freedom, will I be eligible for 'More Postpaid Lines, More Savings' offer?

Yes, as long as you upgrade to a a non-contract Digi Postpaid 80 and above plan prior to Digi Internet Freedom registration, you will be eligible for 'More Postpaid  Lines, More Savings' offer.

What is my monthly commitment if I sign up for Digi Postpaid 80 and Digi Internet Freedom 190 or above ?

Your monthly commitment will depend on the number of Digi Postpaid lines that you have in a single account. Please see the illustrations below:

If I were on Digi Postpaid 58 when I registered to Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Internet Freedom 290 but decided to upgrade my mobile plan to Digi Postpaid 80 after registration, will I be able to enjoy the ‘More Postpaid Lines, More Savings’ offer?

No, postpaid discounts will be given only at the point of Digi Internet Freedom registration, hence, any upgrades in postpaid mobile plan after registration will not make you eligible for ‘More Postpaid Lines, More Savings’ offer.

I registered my Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Internet Freedom 290 plan with a Digi Postpaid 80 line but decided to add another postpaid line after registration. Will I enjoy additional discounts on the ‘More Postpaid Lines, More Savings’ offer?

No, postpaid discounts will be given at the point of Digi Internet Freedom registration only, hence, any added postpaid mobile line after Digi Internet Freedom registration will not be given additional postpaid savings.

Will I continue to enjoy the discounts on my postpaid mobile plans if I downgrade my postpaid mobile plan below Digi Postpaid 80?

No, your postpaid discounts will automatically be removed from your account once you downgrade to a postpaid mobile plan lower than Digi Postpaid 80.

Will I continue to enjoy the discounts on my postpaid mobile plan if I terminate any of my postpaid mobile lines?

Any termination of postpaid mobile plans will result in automatic removal of your postpaid discount. Hence, we recommend that you maintain the same number of postpaid mobile lines throughout your tenure with Digi as per the number of lines you initially had at the point of Digi Internet Freedom registration.

Will I continue to enjoy the discounts on my postpaid mobile plans if I downgrade my Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Digi Internet Freedom 290 plan to a Digi Internet Freedom 130 plan?

No, your postpaid discounts will be automatically removed from your account once you downgrade to a Digi Internet Freedom 130 plan.

What will happen if I do not proceed with my Digi Internet Freedom installation?

If we find that you have not successfully installed Digi Internet Freedom within 120 days, your postpaid savings will be removed. Hence, we recommend that you ensure installation is successfully completed within 120 days.

Will there be a penalty fee if I cancel my home fibre installation after the postpaid discounts have been tagged to my account?

No, there will be no penalty fee, however, your postpaid discounts will be removed from your account.

Will I continue to enjoy the discounts on my postpaid mobile plans if I terminate my Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Digi Internet Freedom 290 plan?

No, your postpaid discounts will be automatically be removed from your account once you terminate your Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Digi Internet Freedom 290 plan.
