The SIM I’ve received is not working, what do I do?

On a separate note, if you’re switching your service to Digi from another mobile service provider, your Digi SIM will only receive a signal once your Switch to Digi / Port-in process is successful. You can check for the latest status on your port-in status by logging into your MyDigi account via our website.

I’ve received the wrong SIM (wrong serial number), what do I do?

You can walk-in to any Digi Store to replace the wrong SIM with a new SIM card. Or, call Digi’s Customer Service Hotline at 0162211800 for assistance.
