Which plans on Digi PhoneFreedom 365 come with free Digi Shield?

The Digi Postpaid 160/190 plan comes with FREE Digi Shield coverage under PhoneFreedom 365 for iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pre-Order. As long as you remain on this plan, your device will automatically be covered for up to 24 months from the day you sign up for Digi Postpaid 160/190 with PhoneFreedom 365.

What is covered under Digi Shield?

With Digi Shield, your device will be protected from the moment you sign up against accidental/liquid damage.

What are the main benefits of Digi Shield with PhoneFreedom 365 on Digi Postpaid 160/190 plan?

You can enjoy all these benefits:

  • If you accidentally damage your device, we will repair it
  • Door to door pick-up and delivery service for repair & replacement
  • Free repair for Accidental Damage Cover or Liquid Damage Cover. No replacement fee needed.
What is NOT covered by Digi Shield?

Your device will not be covered in the following scenarios:

  • Damage caused by an intentional act
  • Light or normal wear and tear, latent defects or gradual deterioration over a period of time
  • Accidental Damage, where no actual known or identifiable event can be attributable as the cause of damage to the device

What if I sign up for Digi Postpaid 80 + GBoost and Digi Postpaid 120 with PhoneFreedom 365? Can I opt for Digi Shield on Digi Store Online?

Signing up Digi Shield is currently only available at Digi Stores. Once you have pre-ordered your iPhone 11 Pro or 11 from the Digi Store Online and have received it, visit your nearest Digi Store by 6th October 2019 with the phone in perfect condition and our friendly sales assistant will help you sign up with either options:

  • Digi Shield: RM29/mth
  • Digi Shield Plus: RM69/mth
Can I upgrade to Digi Shield Plus if I sign up for PhoneFreedom 365 with Digi Postpaid 160/190?

Upgrade to Digi Shield Plus is currently not available if you purchase PhoneFreedom 365 with Digi Postpaid 160/190 from Digi Store Online.

Can I register for both Digi Shield and Digi Shield Plus for the same device?

No, one device IMEI can only be registered for one Digi Shield program.

How do I file a Claim?

Just call our customer hotline 03–92124314 from Monday to Sunday 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (including Public Holidays) and a friendly customer service representative will guide you through the entire claim process. You will need to complete and submit the claims documents and may be required to submit additional documentation or information.
