Digi PhoneFreedom 365 is a new device programme that offers you an easier way to enjoy the latest flagship phones. It comes with (A) a Digi Postpaid™ Rate Plan (“Mobile Service Plan”) and (B) a 24-month Device Instalment plan.

How can I benefit from purchasing Samsung Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G with Digi PhoneFreedom 365?

Compared to conventional device programmes, purchasing the Samsung Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G with Digi PhoneFreedom 365 offers you the following:

Will I be paying more with Digi PhoneFreedom 365 compared to buying Samsung Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G outright?

You won’t be paying more than the Retail Recommended Price (RRP) price. In fact, you will enjoy greater value and flexibility with Digi PhoneFreedom 365 compared to buying the device conventionally. Digi PhoneFreedom 365 provides an instalment facility, saving you from a large outright payment.

Will I enjoy RM0 Upfront with Digi PhoneFreedom 365 during sign up?

RM0 Upfront is available to eligible customers based on a set of criteria, which includes a combination of tenure, payment history, and usage among others (customer eligibility is updated periodically).

Why do I need to pay a device advance payment when I sign up for Digi PhoneFreedom 365?

Device advance payment is only applicable to those who are not eligible for the RM0 Upfront with Digi PhoneFreedom 365. The device advance payment will be credited back to your bill over the next 12/24 months, which allows you to enjoy lower monthly fees.

Who is eligible for the Samsung Note20 5G & Note20 Ultra 5G Pre-order?

This pre-order is open to existing Digi Postpaid customers, new line sign-ups, Prepaid to Postpaid conversion and switch to Digi from other operators. However, you will not be able to Sensitivity: Internalpre-order if you’re not a Digi Principal line or if your phone number does not match with any in our records. Can I sign up for a Samsung Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G on PhoneFreedom 365 if I am currently on a family plan?

Yes, you can. However, your existing Principal line needs to change to Digi Postpaid 120 DS or higher. Please note that all your supplementary mobile line(s) will also be upgraded to the corresponding all-new Digi Postpaid family plan at RM38 per line, monthly.

Yes, purchases of Samsung Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G with Digi PhoneFreedom 365 are entitled to free Digi Shield coverage on Digi Postpaid 160 and 190. Free Digi Shield Coverage for Digi Postpaid 160 is a limited time offer.

When will I receive the Samsung Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G?

You can expect the delivery on XX Aug 2020 onwards. You can also track your order status by logging in to your MyDigi account on Digi’s website. If you’re not a Digi subscriber yet, you can still create an account by using your email and log in to track your orders!

How many months of repayment fees do I need to fulfil under this programme?

You have to fulfil the 24 monthly device payments as accorded in the contract.

Is Samsung Note20 5G & Note20 Ultra 5G eligible for free upgrade to a new phone?

Yes, you are entitled for a free upgrade between months 20-24 with the requirement that your phone needs to be in good working condition to exchange your old phone for a new phone.

What if I cancel or terminate my line, or if the device was lost/stolen within the contract period?

If you cancel or terminate your line with Digi or the device is lost/stolen before completing the minimum 24-month instalment period, you will need to pay a Penalty Fee, which is the remaining device balance equivalent to [(RRP – Advance Payment)/24) x remaining months + admin fee]. Once you have paid the Penalty fee, you may then sign up for a new device with Digi PhoneFreedom 365.

What happens if I don’t pay my monthly fees?

Digi reserves the right to activate the device blocking feature for non-payment of the monthly fees. For more info, refer http://digi.my/pcbs

Can I continue with this programme after I have completed my 24-month instalment period?

You may continue to subscribe to your current Digi Postpaid™ Rate Plan once you have completed the 24 monthly payments for the Device Payment Monthly Price.
