What is the new Digi Postpaid Family offering?

Digi Postpaid Family offering is a Supplementary plan that offers the same great benefits i.e. the Internet quota and Unlimited calls just like the Principal line.

Where can when can I sign up for the new Digi Postpaid Family Supplementary line(s)?

Effective from 13 May 2019, you may sign up for the new family line(s) at any Digi Store or Digi Store Express, nationwide!

How many new Digi Postpaid Family lines can I sign-up?

You may sign a maximum of three (3) Supplementary lines under the all new Digi Postpaid Family per Principal line.

What are the bundled minutes and SMS offering on Digi Postpaid Family?

All your family line(s) sign up under this new Digi Postpaid Family plan will enjoy Unlimited calls and 300 SMS to all domestic networks.

How does the ‘Unlimited Calls’ work?

Every day you get to enjoy Unlimited voice calls to both on-net and off-net numbers i.e. all mobile calls to Digi or other mobile operators including fixed lines (excludes video calls, special numbers and toll-free 1-300 number calls). The Unlimited calls are only applicable for domestic usage i.e. within Malaysia’s network.

How does All-New Internet quota work?

The All-New Internet quota is now available for all day all usages on all networks.

Can I control my Internet allocation to my family lines?

The Principal line may opt to subscribe to Data Sharing at RM10 monthly. The Principal line is only able to control the Internet quota allocation and deallocation of its own quota to all the Supplementary line(s), however Internet quota for each of the Supplementary line may not be shared and controlled by The Principal.

Does the new Digi Postpaid Family line(s) get to rollover any unutilized Internet quota?

No, any unutilized Internet quota for the supplementary line(s) will be forfeited at the end of each bill cycle.

What happens when I exceed my monthly Mobile Internet Quota? Will I be charged for extra usage?

No, you will not be charged extra when you and your family line(s) exceed the monthly Mobile Internet Quota. Your data service will be restricted until the next billing cycle. Purchase Share Internet Top-Ups to continue surfing and sharing with your family lines.
