How many Postpaid family lines (supplementary) can I sign up for?

Each principal can sign up to six (6) postpaid supplementary lines which can be a combination of the below postpaid supplementary plans and subject to the principal plan eligibility:

What will happen to my Postpaid Family line if I downgrade my Postpaid principal plans?

If you downgrade your principal line to a lower Digi Postpaid plan, your Postpaid Family supplementary line will also be subject to change depending on the eligibility of your new principal plan.

I am an existing Postpaid Family customer. My Postpaid Family lines currently enjoy the same benefits as my Postpaid principal line. What will happen to my Postpaid Family lines if I move over to the new Digi Postpaid plans?

Your postpaid family lines will also be moved to the new Postpaid Family supplementary plans where they will be entitled to a 50% discount on the monthly plan fee.

Can I use the bundled Internet quota, minutes and SMS under the Postpaid Family lines when I am roaming?

All Internet quota, minutes and SMS bundled under Postpaid Family supplementary lines are applicable for domestic usage only, i.e. on Digi’s network in Malaysia only. Any Roaming usage will be charged on top of your monthly fee at standard rates Pay-As-You-Use basis. You may also opt to subscribe to our Roam Like Home service or purchase roaming passes on demand. I am a existing postpaid subscribers on the legacy postpaid plans without contract, can I sign up for the new family lines on new postpaid plans?

Yes, however you are required to first change your principal line to the new postpaid plans.

I am a PhoneFreedom 365 subscribers or contracted subscribers on the legacy postpaid plans, can I sign up for the new family lines on new postpaid plans?

Yes, you can sign up for the new family lines on the new postpaid plans if you are currently on PhoneFreedom 365 or any other contract on the legacy postpaid plans without having to perform COP to the new postpaid plans on the principal.
