Where can I sign up for the new Digi Postpaid plans?

You can walk-in to any Digi Store, Digi Store Express, Digi Postpaid dealer or Digi Stores Online to sign up for a new Digi Postpaid plan and pick your preferred add-ons.

I’m an existing Digi Postpaid / Prepaid customer. Can I switch my current plan to a new Digi Postpaid plan?

Yes, as long as you’re not currently already under an active contract with Digi. Just ask your friendly Digi frontliner to assist you to change your plan.

What will happen when if I finish up the free SMS quota bundles with my plan?

You will be charged on a Pay-As-You-Use basis which will be 10 sen/SMS

Can I make IDD calls and roam with my Postpaid plan? How will I be charged?

Yes, you can. You will be charged on a Pay-As-You-Use basis, or you can purchase an IDD or Roaming pass for more savings. For more information, please click here:

Is Fair Usage Policy applicable for these postpaid plans?

Yes, all Digi Postpaid plans are subject to the Fair Usage Policy.

I'm an existing Digi Postpaid user currently subscribed to an older plan. Does this mean my plan will no longer be available and I will be forced to change to these new Postpaid plans?

Not at all. Rest assured that there will be no change to your current Postpaid plan subscription unless you choose to upgrade to our new plans to take advantage of our new great deals. You can do so by walking into our store or logging in to our website.
