Why can’t I use the codes available on MyDigi app?

The promo codes you’ve downloaded may be applicable only on the purchase of a particular accessory.

Can I use the promo codes multiple times?

No, the promo code can be used with 1 item only. Once applied, you will not be able to use it again.

How can I track my order status?

You can track your order status by logging in to your MyDigi account on Digi’s website.

Can I change my delivery address after completing an online checkout?

No. Unfortunately, you cannot change your delivery address once the checkout process is complete.

What is your delivery scheduled like?

For deliveries to:
Peninsular Malaysia: Minimum of 3 working days
East Malaysia: Minimum of 4 working days

Days and time of delivery:
Mondays to Thursdays: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Fridays: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Except in Kedah / Kelantan, Terengganu)
Saturdays: 8.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.
Sundays: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. (Only in Kedah / Kelantan/ Terengganu)
Public Holidays: No deliveries

How can I cancel, exchange, or return my purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is made successfully.

What are the conditions under which I can request for a refund?

A refund request will be accepted in cases where Digi is at fault.

How do I initiate a refund request?

You can submit your request by visiting our website and logging in to your MyDigi account. A ‘Refund’ button will be visible for transactions eligible for a refund. Upon a successful request, the refund request email will be sent to you. Please note that all refund requests need to be initiated immediately or, in any event, within 7 days from the date of purchase.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Once your refund has been approved, an SMS will be sent to you. Refunds will typically take between 4 to 6 weeks from the date of approval. Please note that this processing time is also dependent on your bank’s policies.

Can my refund be credited to my preferred bank account?

No, refunds will only be credited to the same account via the same payment method through which the initial purchase was made on the website.

What if I receive a faulty item?

If the product you have received is damaged or faulty, please contact the respective manufacturer or the licensed seller immediately, as all warranty claims are managed by them.

How long will it take for my order to be replaced?

The time taken for replacement is totally dependent on the manufacturer or the seller. For any information related to the warranty claims or replacements, please contact them directly.

How do I check a product’s warranty?

A warranty card is usually included with your product. If there is no warranty card, check the user manual or product package for more details. Please contact the manufacturer or seller centres for all warranty-related queries.

Are all the products I purchase from Digi’s website eligible for a warranty claim?

Any return or replacement of a product purchased from the website will be subjected to the terms of purchase of the manufacturer or licensed seller.
