SIM Card replacement within 7 days during line suspension period
Effective 25 April 2019, any Postpaid and Broadband customer, who reports a lost or stolen phone and/or SIM Card, is required to walk-in to a Digi Store/ Digi Store Express to request for a SIM Card replacement within seven (7) days thereof or any other period stipulated by Digi from the reported date. Failure to do so will result in automatic reactivation of the Digi Service after the seven-day line suspension period. Customer is expected to continue paying for all fees and charges incurred to Digi thereafter. The new process is designed to improve customer experience as customers can maintain their lost/stolen number, instead of terminating the line permanently.
