What if I receive a faulty item?

If the product you have received is damaged or faulty, please contact the respective manufacturer or the licensed seller immediately, as all warranty claims are managed by them.

Please follow these steps for your warranty claims:

For Smartphones:

  1. Look for the manufacturer’s service center address available on the product packaging and visit the manufacturer with your faulty item.
  2. Please make sure you include all accessories provided with the device, warranty card and the invoice as proof of your purchase with Digi.

For SIM cards:

  1. Kindly walk-in to a Digi Store nearby, and get your SIM replaced. Find a Digi Store near you

For Accessories:

  1. Send the product, with its original packaging and invoice, directly back to the warranty handling vendor. The vendor addresses corresponding to the brand purchased are mentioned below:
