Digi Prepaid subscribers are able to check internet quota balance using the following methods:

a) MyDigi app

b) MyDigi web

c) UMB



MyDigi App


1. Login to the MyDigi app and check your internet quota balance under 'USAGE' section. 

 

 

MyDigi web


1. Login to MyDigi via web and enter TAC code.


2. Under 'Account', select 'Usage'.


3. You are able to view your internet usage across all of your subscribed internet plans.  

 

 

UMB 

1. Dial *128# to access UMB menu. 

2. Reply '2 Truly High Speed Internet Plans'.


3. Reply '4 Check Internet Quota'. 


4. Select internet plan you wish to check quota balance. 


5. Internet quota balance will be reflected.
