How to Contact Support, Make and View Reports
Have questions? Get them answered with the new MyDigi app! Reach out to our Digi Customer Service support team, make and view reports easily, all from the app! Follow these steps to get started:
Tap the menu icon on your homescreen.
Tap on the ‘Chat” icon on the top right.
Start your chat with Digi Customer Service.
To make a report, tap one of the the three issues.
Fill in your issue details and tap “Send Report”
