Device Reservation

1.Reservation is strictly applicable for the device unit only. The selection of plan(s) and pricing bundled with the device at the point of reservation is not guaranteed to be available at the point of fulfilment. The selection of plan(s), pricing and devices available at the point of fulfilment is subject to the availability offered by Digi.

2.Upon availability of device, you will be notified via SMS. You are required to collect your device within 7 working days. Upon the lapse of the 7 working days, your device reservation is no longer valid and you understand and accept that Digi has the discretion to release the device to other customers.

3.We reserve the rights without liability to revise the terms, plan(s) and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our materials will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and service(s). For the avoidance of doubt, such alteration does not entitle the subscribers to any claim or compensation against Digi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the subscribers as a direct or indirect results of the act of alteration.
