1.To be eligible for the Campaign, you (the “Customer”):-
(a)must meet and pass our customer verification process;
(b)if your are entitled to the Jaringan Prihatin Program, you are the primary applicant of the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat through the data provided by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (“LHDN”) to us; and / or
(c)if you are entitled to the Enhanced Jaringan Prihatin Program, you are the primary applicant of the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat through the data provided by LHDN to us
Notwithstanding the above, Digi may revise the eligibility from time to time without prior notice to you.
2. This Campaign shall commence from 5 May 2021 until 31 July 2022 and / or such other date as may be extended by Digi it is sole and absolute discretion (the “Campaign Period”).
3. You may select any of the following Offers:-
Prepaid Offer – Existing Offers with RM15 rebate and free 2GB an hour daily
3.1You will be granted a monthly RM15 rebate in the form of Free Internet Credit
3.2You will also be granted a free 2GB/hour in the form of daily redemption if you utilize the RM15 rebate to buy an eligible monthly offer. Once granted, you can redeem it once daily for the next 30 days after you activate your prepaid line

3.4This Prepaid Offer will be removed upon either of the following is fulfilled:-
3.4.1You have completed 12 redemptions during the Campaign Period ; or
3.4.2Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period
4.Postpaid Offer - Existing Offers with RM15 rebate and free 2GB an hour daily
4.1RM15 rebate will be granted in the form of OCC monthly rebate to be reflected at your next billing cycle for the period of the Campaign Period
4.2Free 2GB/hour will be granted upon successful granting of the RM15 rebate. You are only allowed to redeem it once daily

4.4This Postpaid Offer will be removed upon either of the following is fulfilled:-
4.4.1. You have completed the 12 redemptions during the Campaign Period; or
4.4.2. Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period
5.Enhanced Jaringan Prihatin Program - RM180 or RM300 Device Rebate
5.1A one time RM180 or RM300 device rebate will be granted up-front to the selected device if you register the Prihatin 35 Prepaid Bundle or Prihatin 40 Postpaid Bundle
5.2the selected device is dependent on the stock availability
(the Prepaid Offer, the Postpaid Offer and the Enhanced Jaringan Prihatin Program shall be collectively referred to as the “Offer”)
6. If this is your first-time registration with us, you will be able to enjoy your selected Offer immediately upon your mobile line is activated.
7.During the Campaign Period, you are allowed to change your mobile plan, and / or prepaid to postpaid or postpaid to prepaid at any time. However, the updated benefit (including the free internet data) will only be made available to you the following month after you switched to the new mobile plan.
8.Subscribers have to ensure that their account is Active to continue to enjoy the selected Offer.
9.Upon the expiry of the Campaign Period, the selected Offers shall lapsed and any unclaimed rebates shall be forfeited.
10. You are obliged to keep your information confidential and not to share your information with any third party. Digi shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the Offer was activated by a third party without his/her consent. Digi shall not refund nor compensate the subscriber in any manner whatsoever in such situations.
11.By registering and accepting the selected Offers and continue use of our service, you:-
11.1have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including the privacy notice set out herein, Digi’s general terms and conditions, Digi’s general privacy notice and the terms and conditions as may be set out by the Ministry of Finance in relation to the Jaringan Prihatin Program and / or the Enhanced Jaringan Prihatin Program.
11.2agree that the above mentioned terms and conditions and privacy notice shall form the agreement between you and Digi;
11.3Shall ensure that all personal details submitted when performing registration for any of the Offer must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by Digi; and
11.4agree that Digi reserves the right, at any time, to verify your eligibility and to disqualify you for not complying with these terms and conditions or which tampers with the registration or the Offers acceptance process.
11.5agree that Digi shall have sole and absolute discretion to terminate, suspend or otherwise deal with the Customer and/or any of the Offer if incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect or fraudulent registrations or acceptances which violates these terms and conditions are discovered.
1. The information you provide to Digi and/or third parties (where applicable) through your registration includes but is not limited to your name, identification number, phone number and plan details, subject to your eligibility for the Campaign.
2.We will only use this information for the purposes of the Campaign and/or otherwise in connection with your subscription for this Campaign, our internal record keeping and reporting, as well as external reporting and auditing purposes in connection with the Campaign.
3.We may provide and/or transfer personal data to Telenor Group (which we are part of), data processors, and service providers, with respect to your subscription, as well as related purposes where your consent has been obtained.
4. We may also provide your personal information to professional advisors, law enforcement agencies and/or its appointed third parties for relevant services or carry out enforcement or regulatory activities as required by applicable law, lawful requests, and/or otherwise in connection with your subscription and/or the implementation of this Campaign.
5.When we need to transfer your personal information to countries outside Malaysia for processing purposes, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected (for countries that may not provide the same level of protection as Malaysia).
6.We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes stated herein unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by any applicable law. We will take all reasonable steps to destroy, or erase from our systems, all data which is no longer required.
7. If you choose not to provide us with your personal data or if you provide insufficient data, invalid, incorrect, or inaccurate data to us or decline to provide the data we require, we may not be able to process your subscription.
