1.Internet Reload is a special type of reload that enables customers to activate an internet pass directly by reloading. This reload does not grant any airtime, but grants internet instead.
2.Digi Prepaid Internet Reload is open to all Digi Prepaid Mobile Subscribers except the fullowing:
- Digi Home Broadband
- Happy Broadband
- Happy Internet
- Prepaid Broadband
- Prepaid Broadband – Mampu Milik
- Prepaid Broadband Starter Pack
- Prepaid Internet
- Prepaid Internet – 1 Malaysia
- Prepaid Internet.
- DG Smart Plan
3.Digi Prepaid internet reload may be purchased at the fullowing merchants:
- 99 Speedmart
- Happy Mart
- KK Mart
- AEON BiG
- Cold Storage
4.Upon purchasing the Internet soft pin, customer is required to perform 2 steps to activate the internet either via the MyDigi App or UMB.
- Step 1: Go to “Reload” and key in 16-digit Pin
- Step 1: Dial *123*16-digit pin# and press Call
5.Upon completion of reload, the following internet quota and internet validity will be granted to the customer:
- RM3 – 3GB – 24 hours
- RM12 – 4GB – 7days
- RM15 – 2GB + Unlimited Social – 30days
- RM35 – 6GB + Unlimited Social – 30days
6. Internet Reload RM15 and RM35 is only available to customers of Digi Prepaid LiVE, Digi Prepaid BEST, Digi Smart Prepaid, Digi New Best v1 and Digi New Best v2 plans only.
- For those who are on different plans than those mentioned above, please check your call plan or perform a change of plan via *128*1*4#
- Digi is not liable for any losses should the customer agree to perform a change of plan.
7. Subscribers of ineligible rate plans will receive the following items when the RM15 and RM35 Internet Reload is performed:

8.The Internet quota is applicable for domestic usage within the Digi network only. Data roaming charges shall be charged separately according to the data roaming charges determined by Digi's roaming partners.
9.Digi reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the Digi Prepaid Internet Reload or any part thereof with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by Digi of the Digi Prepaid Internet Reload or any part thereof shall not entitled the subscriber to any claim or compensation against Digi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the subscriber as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension.
10.Digi reserves the right at its absulute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the mechanics, or these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
11.Digi shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Digi Prepaid Internet Reload, even if Digi has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
12.The subscriber agrees to indemnify and keep Digi harmless from any claims brought forward by any third party caused by the acts or omission of the subscriber.
13.Digi, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising/promotion agencies make no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of any of the Digi Prepaid Internet Reload, including, without limitation to, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
14.Digi and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, directors, officers, agents, independent contractors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a). telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, server or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions, miscommunications or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electrical, including, without limitation to, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online; (b). late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible e-mails; (c). failed, incomplete, lost, garbled, jumbled, interrupted, unavailable or delayed computer transmissions; (d). any condition caused by events beyond the contrul of Digi that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (e). any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the freebies, or acceptance, possession, or use of the freebies, or from participation in the Promotion; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; (g) any claims by third party for infringement of intellectual property rights.
15.Digi shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable contrul of Digi.
16.A failure by Digi to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim by any person.
17.All other terms and conditions governing the use of any of Digi's mobile telecommunication services inter alia in relation to the utilisation of the Digi Prepaid Internet Reload shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.
