What happens if my chatz™ Direct account has expired?

If you let your chatz™ Direct account expire, all your chatz™ Direct rewards together with the family and friends that you have tied to your expired account will be lost.

 

You will have to deregister/delete the expired card from the registered phone number and then register the phone number to a new chatz™ IDD/STD calling card by texting DEL<space>R<phone number> to 016 226 0066.
