Digi’s customer care hotline (016-2211800) is now operating from 7AM to 12AM Monday to Sunday
Dear valued customer, effective 30th October, Digi’s customer care hotline will only be available from 7AM to 12AM, Monday to Sunday instead of 24 hours. Outside of these hours, you can browse through our Help Center to get information or drop us a ticket via Enquiry Form to raise your request. If you are travelling overseas, reach us by dialing *125# with no extra charges. MyDigi app is also available anytime for you to check your bill, make payment, top-up prepaid credits, purchase data add-ons, check quota and much more.

Blocking of SMS containing URL link, personal details, phone numbers and/or others
Dear customers, please be informed that short message services (SMS) from local, international mobile numbers and sender codes that contain URL links, personal details, and/or phone numbers will be blocked. This directive has been issued by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) as an initiative aimed at reducing online scams.
